I've been four-wheeling with my brother (Mike Jr) since 1998, when he and my dad (Mike Sr) scrapped together the Samurai for me. Back then, I was one of the only girls driving the trails on my own, so I had to make a statement with the Barbie Camo paint job and girly stickers. Since, my dad and brother have kept my butt running every year by wrenching away every time I broke a drive-shaft or U-joint or whatever, and amping up my truck with new tires, rock-crawler gears, new axels and more (thanks a ton for all of it guys!!!). Now my Sammy goes anywhere!!!
I love four-wheeling because it's one of the only times in my life when I take on challenges I think there's no way I can beat, get all pumped up giving it my best shot, and most times, come out in victory! Plus, I love getting the chance to camp, hang out with all the other members and friends who join in, and see everyone else take on even bigger challenges than me.
